Shipping Methods: We primarily use Fedex for our shipments. Depending on your location and the size of your order, shipping may take between 5-12 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To expedite the process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.

Return Process: If your artwork is damaged during shipment and you are eligible for a refund, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during the return shipping process.

Refund Processing: Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
