My trip to India last month was nothing short of AMAZING! I've been in love with the country for over 20 years, but never had the opportunity to go. I was warned about the filth and smells. But I've watched many documentaries, done extensive research, and have seen many photos, so I wasn't worried. And once I landed in India, the Holy Spirit immediately gave me vision to see the land and the people from the Father's perspective.
Everything and everyone just looked beautiful! I fell in love. I literally could gaze at a pile of trash and think it looked lovely. The place and the people just captivated my heart. As I've known for two decades, I'm called to India.
A very special girl adopted me. She is 12 years old and was brought to an orphanage after she was discovered in a garbage dump. Her father left the family and then her mother committed suicide. She walked for days in search of food for her and her two siblings. She endured horrific events at the hands of others. Despite it all, she is so in love with Jesus. She is so thankful that He rescued her from the streets. She just beams with joy and a beautiful smile.
I was blessed with God setting me up with divine appointments. I met some beautiful women of God who are Christian and also have a passion to minister to women in crisis. We have become fast friends and message each other almost every day.
I'm excited to see how God is going to continue using me to reach the women and children in India.
